I really appreciate how upfront The Last Hunt is about their return and exchange policy. Since a lot of items are final sale, I just make sure to double-check sizing and read the product details before ordering. It actually makes me feel more confident buying from them because everything is clearly explained before checkout. My order went smoothly, and there were no unexpected surprises. I’d definitely shop here again...

I appreciated that the final sale note was shown clearly before I checked out. That’s just common sense, honestly—no one wants to find out after paying that they can’t return something. It made it easier for me to decide if I actually wanted the jacket.

I’ll give them credit, the site was actually really easy to use, which isn’t always a given with online stores. The filters for size and brand were helpful, and the pages loaded quickly on my phone, so I wasn’t stuck waiting around.
Checkout was simple too, with no weird extra steps or buttons that made me second-guess what I was doing. My cart was clear, the prices were easy to see, for a site that looks basic, it got the job done well. I’d use it again.

I wasn’t expecting much from the packaging and figured the box might show up a little beat up, but it arrived in great shape. No crushed corners, no ripped bag, and everything inside was clean and protected. Happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a jacket from The Last Hunt and unfortunately the size didn’t work out for me. Since it was my first time asking for a refund with them, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect and was a little nervous about the process.
Their customer service team got back to me quickly and clearly explained the next steps. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was, no confusing emails or endless back and forth, which was such a relief.
My refund came through a few days after it was processed, i was really happy with how smoothly it all went. Definitely left me feeling good about shopping with them again!

Payment was painless for me. I used my card and at first I thought there might be some extra verification thing, but no, actually it just went through right away. Got the confirmation immediately too. Nothing fancy, just a simple smooth checkout, which is really all I needed.

I’ve used The Last Hunt a couple times now and the promo codes were mostly fine. One of them didn’t work on sale items, which was a little annoying, but to be fair it was mentioned in the fine print. Still saved a decent amount overall, and checkout was simple.

My order had a small issue at first, and for a minute I was ready to put on my detective hat and start wondering if the shipping gods were plotting against me. I pretty much always end up checking The Last Hunt whenever I need outdoor stuff. They’ve got a really solid mix of jackets, shoes, base layers, and random gear from brands I actually recognize. Weirdly, I still remember browsing for a rain shell once while eating a cold leftover pancake, and somehow finding three things I wanted instead.
The sizes can disappear quickly, which is a little annoying but not surprising with deals like that. I can usually still find something that works, and I like that they have winter gear, hiking stuff, and casual clothes all in one place.

I bought a jacket and the checkout was super quick. No weird extra steps, no random issues, and my payment went through right away. I got the confirmation email almost immediately too. The Last Hunt Q&A
IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print. If the shoes /item don't fit - too bad. You threw your money away. If what arrives is something you don't ever recall even looking at. They just take your money. They just took over $100 for no-name crap running shoes that were sent. When I was shopping I was only look at Hoka runners and somehow these no-name whatever they are were delivered. No refunds. No integrity and no accountability. I would have paid return shipping as I WILL NEVER wear these CHEAP SHOES and I definitely would NEVER have bought no-name shoes for +$100 dollars. TEMU and WISH are better than these CHARLETONS. IF YOU LIKE TO THROW AWAY MONEY BUY STUFF AT #THELASTHUNT
